Emmy Awards 2016: Best and Worst Dressed

The 68th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards honored the best in the US prime time television programming from June 1, 2015 to May 31,2016. The ceremony was held on September 18 (Sunday night) at the Microsoft Theater in Downtown Los Angeles, California and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. It was the night when Game of Thrones made history with the most Emmy wins ever, 38. See the complete list of winners here. But as always, red carpet is one of the most interesting parts of the evening.

I didn’t hate all dresses this year, there were a lot of great outfits, different colors, fittings, and patterns. However, there’s always someone who steps up and pulls the outfit off, while some people don’t. Best dressed celebs at this year’s ceremony included Emilia Clarke, Priyanka Chopra, Claire Danes, Kristen Bell, and others. On the other hand, celebrities such as Heidi Klum, Emily Ratajkowski, Mandy Moore comprise the list of worst dressed guests of the ceremony. Although I liked Sarah Hyland‘s idea of wearing pants at the red carpet, the upper part of combination seemed a bit “off” and made her look like she couldn’t decide whether to wear a dress or pants, which is too bad because otherwise her look would be flawless.
